OE/STANDARD REPLACEMENT CLUTCH KITS
NZAD warrants all OE Replacement clutches to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for 12months/10,000km from retail purchases on OE replacement clutches only. NZAD reserves the right to examine any part returned for warranty claim to determine to NZAD’s satisfaction whether such part is defective in material or workmanship. NZAD obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting, at its option, any part proven defective. No labour, lift, service or storage charges will be reimbursed for any reason. Damage to NZAD’s parts resulting from misuse or abuse shall void this limited warranty. Any return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. NZAD shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. NZAD shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.
The Following parts carry a 6 month / 6,000kms warranty
HIGH PERFORMANCE PARTS, SERVICE AND INFORMATION EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY:
Due to the unusual stress placed on high performance parts, and because of the circumstances under which they are often used, high performance parts are sold without warranty. We will warranty manufacturing faults and workmanship but will not cover failure due to abuse, incorrect fitment and adjustment. Any claim will be done so with NZAD and the final decision is the sole discretion of NZAD. Should a part be deemed faulty a replacement part will be issued under no circumstances will a refund be made. Labour and subsequent charges will not be covered. This includes but is not limited to Flywheels, Heavy Duty Clutches, Slotted Rotors.

As New Zealand Automotive Distributors has no control over the end use or the proper fitting of the products purchased - New Zealand Automotive Distributors cannot be held responsible for any defects caused by improper fitting or incorrect use.
Price / Invoice:
All prices are GST inclusive and GST invoices are emailed after purchase has been completed this will contain contact information an address for return of items if necessary.
NZAD prides itself on having one of the quickest dispatch times. We know how having your car off the road can be a major inconvenience so try to get your items out as soon as possible. As of March 2010 NZAD will no longer be offering Local pickup.
We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery however we will work with you and the courier company to try resolve any problems.
The courier companies we use usally offer a next day service North Island or two day Service South Island. Rural delivery can take up to an extra two days. If you require an urgent delivery and are prepared to pay extra please contact us directly.
Orders received before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day.
Please be very specific with your address details to aid the speed of your delivery.
NZAD tries very hard to help the environment by using recycled packaging/materials where we can, please do your bit at the other end by reusing, recycling or disposing of packaging and used components properly.
- · Refunds will not be offered if the buyer simply changes their mind, or if the item is 'not what you expected'
- · NZAD strives for 100% customer satisfaction however in the unlikely event that the part we send you is incorrect we reserve the right to attempt to supply the correct parts before issuing a refund.
- · If we cannot supply the correct part the item must be returned in SALEABLE condition ie: original undamaged packaging with postage prepaid, special order items may incur a restocking fee of 10%
- · For warranty items our policy is to replace or repair and not refund (when possible). All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a decision can be made.
- · Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used or damaged.
- · Original postage charges are non-refundable.
If the goods are in an unused saleable condition and within 30days of sale they are returnable and a refund can be issued. Freight will not be refunded and return freight must be prepaid.

Any specially procured items are non returnable.
